WELCOME, future or former Zaoïstes ! Here you will find all the informations needed to go stand up paddling with us around the Cap sizun!
Stand Up Paddle,
Stand Up Paddle, or SUP, consists in wandering over the seas on a board, with a paddle. Born in Hawaï in the 60s (the hawaïan translation for SUP is Ku Hoe He'e Nalu, it means standing up and paddling), this activity allows you to follow the coast while exercising at the same time, without even noticing it :)
No need to be a great athlete to enjoy the ride: wether you are young or a former young, all you need to know is swimming! Kids from 5 to 12 can squat on their parents' boards for free. And from 12 years old, they can have their own.
So, no more apologies, come and get wind of our area!
Enjoy to the fullest the wild landscapes of the Cap Sizun: transparent waters, cliffs and caves, white sandy seashores... And its inhabitants: fishes, seals, cormorant, puffins and else.
Stand up paddling provides a different perpective on those landscapes, as you appraise them from the ocean and discover places previously unattainable by the land.
